Nritta Dance Classes is known for its well planned, student-paced, semi-classical and folk dance style choreography. Our students have performed at various platforms, one such being the Chembur's Got Talent for the past 3 consecutive years.
This Garba Online Tutorial includes 6 self-paced videos, specially created keeping your busy schedules and stressful lives in mind.
The dance instructor is professionally trained in multiple Indian classical dances, folk dances and has a teaching experience of 10+ years. She is also a Dance and Movement Therapeutic practitioner (DMTP) and a Counselling Psychologist.
The philosophy of The Blue Sphere is to help people make mental health a priority in their lives. At Nritta Dance Classes we aim at making a mind and body connection which is empirically proven to be beneficial in aiding mental health. We help our students develop this connection through folk and semi-classical dance styles as well as through principles of Dance and Movement Therapy.
