This is an amazing tool that you can use to schedule every hour of your life absolutely free of charge. You just need a Gmail id and you can set it up on your phone itself. You can schedule your tasks hourly and schedule all aspects of your day so you can keep yourself accountable. You can also schedule your short breaks, exercise and meal preparation times so that you can understand how you are spending your time. You can share your schedule with your team or partner so that you get help from other people as well and everyone is on the same page.

Trello is another tool that you can use for free to put down tasks for yourself as well as you can assign tasks to other people and track the progress of the tasks without a need to actually talk with others. Everyone can share their progress individually and everyone can see the files. It's extremely useful and it's pretty simple to use.
